 Norman, an American expert on internet wine promotion, saidthat the U.S. market so far seen only a few Croatian wines, and forgreater penetration in the market to educate consumers who want to know more about the history and origin of the wines they purchase. The conferences were held and three great seminars and 18 workshops led by top speakers that are closer to the participantshow the sale of wine on the global scene and discover theopportunities provided to them by modern technology and the Internet in the presentation and sale. The purpose of educationalconferences on wines and wine industry is to present Croatian wineworld market and to impose them as an internationally renownedbrand, said in a speech to reporters Marina Grabovac, director of the conference, which is called the "LOBBY - Laboratory ofBeverage Industry" held for the first time this year. Winemakers andwine lovers had the opportunity three days to share knowledge, offerwine tour in the exhibition part of the conference with the possibilityof tasting, and create new business veze.Konferencija should alsohelp local producers to create his image for easier entry into the world market. "Croatia are a very interesting wine Italians primarilydue to the special flavor, and is already well-advertised, and now in Italy and I can definitely compete with our wines," said Cinzia Tosin,an experienced wine connoisseur, and co-founder of Internet portaldedicated to wine and food. Martin Ward, a British educator about wines that are professionally engaged in buying, selling, promotingand placing on the world wine market, assessed that the Croatianwines certainly have the potential to break the UK market, butcompared to the expensive French wines. The difference in price is,say, a consequence of the wines produced in Croatia in smallwineries. http://www.hkfsavez.com/ccfffestival.htm
